At this time, when the chamber a is filled with tap water flowing from the inlet 2 through the pore 8, the diaphragm 5 closes the pilot valve port 6 by the fluid pressure in the chamber a and the pressure of the compression spring 14. The main valve port 4 is pushed down in the closed state at 12 to close the main valve port 4 and cut off the flow of tap water to the outflow port 3 side. In this way, the two chambers a and b in the valve body 1 of the solenoid valve 104 are always filled with tap water even when the solenoid valve 104 is in operation or stopped.

However, when the toilet bowl A with a local cleaning device incorporating the electromagnetic valve 104 having the above structure is used, for example, in a cold region, the water accumulated in the valve body 1 of the electromagnetic valve 104 often flows into the water supply pipe 101 in winter. It may freeze together with the water inside.

In this case, even if water freezes and volumetric expansion occurs, the water supply pipe 101 and the valve body 1 are provided so as to be able to withstand it, so there is no problem. However, when the water accumulated in the two chambers a and b in the valve body 1 freezes, the electromagnet body 7 and the valve body 1 are fastened together with a tightening screw (not shown). Due to the force generated by the volumetric expansion of the ice, the electromagnet body 7 is pushed up above the valve body 1, creating a gap in the joint S, making it impossible to maintain a watertight structure. (This phenomenon is comparable to a water pipe bursting, and the solenoid valve becomes unusable.) As mentioned above, if the electromagnet body 7 is pushed up even slightly, it will not be able to return to its original position, so ice builds up inside the valve body 1. When the toilet is thawed due to a rise in temperature during the day, tap water flowing from the water supply pipe 101 into the valve body 1 of the solenoid valve 104 leaks from the gap in the joint S, causing the inside of the toilet to flood. In order to eliminate this drawback,
It may be possible to surround the water supply pipe 101 and the solenoid valve 104 with an electric heater to prevent freezing in winter, but this method increases the manufacturing cost of equipment that uses solenoid valves and requires maintenance to prevent freezing. It was difficult to hire as it required a considerable amount of money.

In this invention, a seal ring is fitted into a chamber on the movable core housing side in the valve body so as to be able to move up and down, and a gap is formed between a circular projecting wall projecting above the seal ring and the bottom of the coil bobbin. An O-ring fitted between the inner circumferential surface of the protruding wall of the seal ring and the guide cylinder, and an elastic member fitted between the upper end of the outer circumferential wall of the seal ring and the lower edge of the coil bobbin are used to secure the seal ring. The peripheral end of the diaphragm is held watertightly between the valve body and the valve body by constantly pressing the valve body downward, so that the water inside the valve body does not enter into the gap. When the water inside freezes and volumetric expansion occurs, the force generated at this volumetric expansion is received by the seal ring fitted inside the valve body, and the seal ring is inserted into the valve body using the gap. The elastic member is moved upward in a compressed state to effectively release the water, thereby preventing damage to the solenoid valve due to the force generated by the volumetric expansion of water when it freezes. .

Solenoid valve 104a of the present invention and conventional solenoid valve 104
1, the solenoid valve 104a of the present invention has a diaphragm 5 in the valve body 1.
The seal ring 15 is fitted in a space in one of the two chambers a and b (the chamber on the side of the electromagnet body 7) divided by the above-mentioned area so as to be able to move up and down. The seal ring 15 is made of a synthetic resin with excellent water resistance, and its structure includes a large-diameter transparent hole at a position corresponding to the main valve port 4, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. A circular projecting wall f integrally projects toward the bottom of the coil bobbin 10a at a bridge portion e that is provided in a ring shape by opening the hole c and is located between the peripheral edge of the through hole c and the outer peripheral wall d. It is set up. When the seal ring 15 is installed in the chamber a in the valve body 1, an elastic member such as an O-ring h and an O-ring is attached to the inner and outer peripheral surface of the protruding wall f, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. An elastic member i having excellent elasticity is fitted into the chamber a with the projecting wall f facing upward. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the seal ring 15 fitted in the chamber a touches the circumferential end of the diaphragm 5 at the lower edge of the outer circumferential wall d fitted to the inner circumferential surface of the valve body 1. The elastic member i is held between the upper edge of the outer circumferential wall d and the lower edge 10b of the bottom of the coil bobbin 10a around which the excitation coil 10 is wound, so that the elastic member i is always sealed. The ring 15 is pressed downward to compress the circumferential end of the diaphragm 5, while the O-ring h is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the projecting wall f and the inner circumferential surface of the coil bobbin 10a and is welded to the iron core 16. By being held between the lower end outer circumferential surface of the seal ring 17, the inner circumferential surface of the projecting wall f and the lower end of the outer circumferential wall d of the seal ring 15 and the guide tube 1 corresponding to these.
7 and the valve body 1 in a watertight manner, and a gap g in a watertight structure is formed between the upper end of the projecting wall f and the bottom lower side of the coil bobbin 10a,
The seal ring 15 is fitted within the chamber a of the valve body 1 so as to be able to move up and down. In addition, a valve rod 18 for opening and closing the pilot valve port 6 of the diaphragm 5 is attached to the lower end of the guide tube 17 with the iron core 16 attached to the upper end, and a vertical hole 11a is provided at the upper end.
A movable core 19 corresponding to the core 16 is inserted so as to be vertically movable via a compression spring 14 inserted into the core 16 . Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of the iron core 16 is locked to a frame 20 for forming a magnetic path, which is made by bending an iron plate into a substantially U-shape, and the lower end of this frame 20 is fitted into the upper bottom of the coil bobbin 10a. Then, a plate-shaped fixing member 21 is press-fitted into this portion to fix and support the coil bobbin 10a on the guide tube 17. In this state, the coil bobbin 10a around which the excitation coil 10 is wound and the frame 20 are resin-molded to form the electromagnet body 7.The electromagnet body 7 is placed on the valve body 1, and as shown in FIG.

Next, the operation will be explained. Now, if the water accumulated in the two chambers a and b in the valve body 1 freezes and expands in volume, the force generated by the volume expansion will be applied to the inner wall of the valve body 1 as well as the diaphragm 5. , acts on the seal ring 15, etc. At this time, the valve body 1
The seal ring 15 accommodated in the chamber a is fitted so as to be vertically movable using a gap g formed between the protruding wall f and the coil bobbin 10a, and the gap g is The seal ring 15 is made of
The circumferential edge of the diaphragm 5, which is always pressed downward and held between the valve body 1 and the valve body 1 in a watertight manner, forms a void to prevent water from entering the valve body 1. The force generated by volumetric expansion when water freezes is applied to the vertically moving seal ring 1.
5, and the seal ring 15 is inserted into the chamber a using the gap g while compressing the elastic member i.
move up smoothly. That is, the seal ring 1
By moving 5 upward, it is possible to prevent the electromagnetic valve 104a from being damaged due to volumetric expansion when water freezes. Also, seal ring 15
When the seal ring 1 moves upward using the gap g,
Since the lower end of the outer peripheral wall d of the diaphragm 5 is always in close contact with the peripheral end of the diaphragm 5 due to its elastic force, water will not leak from this portion into the gap g when the ice thaws.
Note that, since the through hole c of the seal ring 15 is bored to a size that allows the guide tube 17 to fit therein, the seal ring 15 can be moved up and down smoothly using the guide tube 17 as a guide.

When the freeze inside the valve body 1 is thawed, the seal ring 15 pushed up to the upper part of the chamber a of the valve body 1 is moved by the elastic force of the elastic member i that was compressed by the upward movement of the seal ring 15. It is pushed back to its original position in the lower part of room a. Therefore, the connecting portion S1 between the electromagnet body 7 and the valve body 1 is constantly pressed by the elastic member i, and the peripheral end of the diaphragm 5 is held between the valve body 1 in a watertight manner. Thawed water in the valve body 1 does not leak out from the joint S1. Furthermore, when the seal ring 15 moves upward, the peripheral end of the diaphragm 5 is in close contact with the lower end of the outer peripheral wall d due to its elastic force, so that the seal ring 15 is thawed from this part into the gap g as described above. No water can enter.

When the water freezes, the force generated by its volumetric expansion is not applied, so the joint S1 between the electromagnet body 7 and the valve body 1 separates, damaging the solenoid valve 104a and causing a water leakage accident. There is no such thing as doing so.

As explained above, the present invention has a seal ring with excellent water resistance placed above the chamber in which the movable core of the valve body is housed, which is partitioned by a diaphragm, within a range that does not interfere with the movement of the movable core. Since the portion for loosely fitting the protruding wall provided therein has a watertight structure and is inserted so as to be movable up and down, the water accumulated in the valve body freezes in the winter and causes volumetric expansion. However, the volume expansion is received by the seal ring inserted into the valve body, and only this seal ring is connected to the O-ring and the circumferential edge of the diaphragm between the upper projecting wall and the bottom of the coil bobbin. Using the gap formed in the watertight structure, the seal ring is pushed upwards inside the valve body to release the force of freezing water, and when the ice thaws, the seal ring is moved between the upper end of its outer peripheral wall and the lower end of the bottom of the coil bobbin. It is configured to be pushed down and returned to its original position by the elastic force of an elastic member inserted between the valve rim, so unlike conventional valves, the volume expansion of ice that occurs when the water inside the valve body freezes is prevented. As a result, the electromagnet body is pushed up above the valve body, creating a small gap at the joint with the valve body, which eliminates damage to the solenoid valve and any associated water leakage accidents, and keeps the solenoid valve in a stable state for a long time. can be used. In addition, when installing the seal ring, it is only necessary to make effective use of the space that naturally exists within the valve body of the solenoid valve and insert it, so no special space is required for installing the seal ring. , it can be quickly and easily installed without requiring any special effort for installation. Furthermore, since the seal ring can be easily manufactured by molding, it has the advantage of being mass-produced and being manufactured at low cost.
