The heat collection piping 3 consists of two copper pipes on the high pressure side and the low pressure side covered with a heat insulating material, and the connection part is a female one shot coupling 4 on the heat collection unit 1 side and a female one shot coupling 4 on the heat exchange unit 2 side. A female side self-seal coupling ring 5 is provided on the side.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned configuration, the male couplings 6 and 7 are fixed to both units 1 and 2, and therefore, the following problems are posed.

(1) The heat collection unit 1 installed on the roof and the heat exchange unit 2 installed on the ground are separated by a certain distance (for example, 3m, 7m).
Because the construction contractor selects from a group of heat collection pipes prepared in lengths of 2.5 m, 10 m, 15 m, etc., the length of the pipes inevitably ends up being too long or too short at the connection of the heat exchange unit 2. If there was an excess, the excess length was wound into a loop near the heat exchange unit 2. In this case, the aesthetic appearance upon completion of the construction work was extremely poor, and since excess piping was above ground, accidents such as deformation and bending caused by mischief by children and others occurred.

In addition, if there is a shortage, it is very troublesome to disconnect the heat collecting unit 1 side and replace it with a longer heat collecting pipe 3.

(2) Since the male sail seal coupling 7 of the heat exchange unit 2 is provided on one side,
Depending on the direction in which the piping from the heat collection unit 1 is routed, it may be easier to connect from the opposite side, but the connection must be made by routing around the back side etc. There was no freedom of direction.

(3) The same male sail seal coupling ring 7 is used on both the high pressure side and the low pressure side.
Construction errors are likely to occur, such as the female couplings on the high-pressure side and low-pressure side being connected incorrectly.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the solar water heater of the present invention attaches an auxiliary connection pipe to the heat exchange unit, and connects this auxiliary connection pipe to a certain length inside the heat exchange unit. It is built into the provided storage space and has a structure that allows it to be freely pulled out or stored by the required length during construction.

Function: Due to the above-described configuration, the present invention allows the auxiliary connection pipe to be bent in any direction desired for connection, and allows adjustment of excess or deficiency depending on the length of the heat collection pipe.

The auxiliary connection pipe 12 has a structure connected to the main part in the heat exchange unit 8, and has an appropriate length (approximately about 1 to 2 m) that can be finely adjusted. is stored in a loop in a storage space provided at the rear of the inside of the main body 8, and only the tip is exposed to the outside through the outlet 10. Further, this auxiliary connection pipe 12 can be fixed to an exterior side plate 15 near the outlet 10 using a pipe clamp 13 and screws 14. A male self-seal coupling 7 is attached to the tip of the auxiliary connection pipe 12, with lengths varying by a dimension l on the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side.

In the above configuration, when the heat collecting pipe 3 is insufficient, the auxiliary connecting pipe 12 is pulled out and connected as shown in FIG. 3a. At this time, screw 1

If there is a surplus, the auxiliary connection pipe 12 and the heat collection pipe 3 are connected in the heat exchange unit 8 as shown in FIG. 3b, and then stored. At this time, remove the screws 14, remove the pipe clamping fittings 13, and remove the top plate 11 from the side plate 9. Then, the tip of the heat collecting pipe 3 is passed through the outlet 10, and the excess length is drawn in and wound into a loop shape. Next, the top plate 11 may be attached after connecting each coupling ring.

Depending on the direction in which the heat collection pipe 3 is routed, the auxiliary connection pipes are connected as A for the top, B for the front, C for the right, E for the rear, and D for the left. This means pulling it out and bending it.

(1) Since the auxiliary connection piping is attached to the heat exchange unit so that it can be pulled out freely, it can be used even if the heat collection piping is slightly short in length, and the installation location of the heat collector can be changed within reach, or it can be This eliminates the hassle of replacing with longer heat collection pipes, and significantly improves construction efficiency.

(2) There is a storage space for the piping inside the heat exchange unit, so even if the heat collection piping is too long, there is no need to wind it into a loop on the ground, and the excess can be stored inside the main unit, which improves the finish of the construction work. It is very clean and there is no need to worry about breakdowns due to broken pipes, etc.

(3) In the example, the direction of the male coupling can be changed from front to back by bending the auxiliary connection pipe in any direction.
It can be moved in any direction, left or right, up or down.
The degree of freedom in piping routing is greatly expanded.
