【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は装飾用皿、食器の上絵付の焼成を行う
のに有用な窯道具に関する。

熱、酸素等に侵されボロフリが発生し、皿等に付
着するため、不良品が発生するという問題があつ
た。

(問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案はセラミツク発泡体から構成された、や
や円錐もしくは多角錐形状の支柱部と、上面は平
面であり、その一部に直接被焼成体が載置される
上部部分を有し、該上部部分には上記支柱部が挿
入固定される孔が設けられていることを特徴とす
る焼成用窯道具に係る。

ラミツク発泡体から構成されているため、耐熱性
が優れると共に、吸収熱容量が小さくエネルギー
ロスも少ない。更にモールド成形等により容易に
製作可能である。

に好適である。焼成用窯道具の支柱部は多角錐形
状であつても良く、この場合は窯道具の挿入方向
性が確定して、ズレが生じない有利性がある。ま
た上部部分は第1図のような一方向のみに棚板等
の載置される平面部分が設けられていても良い
が、この平面部分は他の1〜3方向にも設けるこ
とも可能で、その場合には多方向に複数の被焼成
体を載置することができる。

80℃で24時間乾燥させ、更に1380℃で2時間焼成
した。得られた治具は比重1.35であつた。
