。 なお図面において１０は間接加熱装置、１１は
円筒部材、１３は供給口、１４は排出口、１５は
供給ポンプ、１７はスクリユー、３１……背圧調
整装置、３４は加圧タンクをそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被処理液体を流通させ、該液体の流路と画
    成された加熱媒体で間接加熱する装置と、該間接
    加熱装置の下流側に設けられ間接加熱された被処
    理液体を加熱する直接加熱装置とから成る装置に
    おいて、間接加熱装置を円筒状部材および該円筒
    状部材内に同軸状に固定設置されたスクリユーで
    形成させたことを特徴とする液体加熱処理装置。 (2) 被処理液体を流通させ、該液体の流路と画
    成された加熱媒体で該液体を間接的に加熱する間
    接加熱装置において、該間接加熱装置を円筒状部
    材、および該円筒状部材内に同軸的に固定設置さ
    れたスクリユーで構成し、被処理液体の供給口お
    よび排出口を円筒状部材の端部にそれぞれ設けた
    ことを特徴とする液体加熱処理装置。
