The outer peripheral surface of the connecting cylinder part 2 is formed into a tapered shape that becomes gradually thinner as it approaches the protruding end of the connecting cylinder part 2. An insertion groove 4 is cut out on the circumferential surface, and an L-shaped engagement engages with the front surface of the inner flange 3 through the insertion groove 4 and an elastic tongue piece 6 that comes into elastic contact with the tapered part 5 on the outer circumference of the connecting cylinder part 2. This relates to a mounting structure for a concave reflector 1 characterized in that a tongue piece 7 protrudes from a mounting bracket 9 of a socket block 8, and its purpose is to provide a concave surface that can be easily attached and detached with one touch. To provide a mounting structure for a reflector.

るものである。 The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to illustrated embodiments.
At the center of the bottom of the concave reflector 1, a mounting cylinder part 2 is provided to protrude rearward.The outer peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder part 2 is tapered from the base of the mounting cylinder part 2 to the vicinity of the protruding end. is formed into a cylindrical shape. A mounting hole 11 communicating with the reflecting surface 10 of the concave reflecting mirror 1 is formed in the mounting cylinder part 2, and an inner flange 3 is provided protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder part 2. In this embodiment, the inner flange 3 is located at the opening end. The inner flange 3 has three insertion grooves 4 cut out at regular intervals, and furthermore, a shallow engagement groove 12 is formed in the front surface of the inner flange 3.
The front surface of the inner flange 3 from the insertion groove 4 to the engagement groove 12 is cut off to form a slope 13, so that an engagement tongue 7, which will be described later, can easily slide into the engagement groove 12. The reflecting surface 10 of the concave reflecting mirror 1 is composed of a large number of trapezoidal minute reflecting surfaces 14 surrounded by the radiation emitted from the center of the concave reflecting mirror 1 and the concentric circles of the reflecting surface 10, and is configured as a compound eye. The approximately square minute irradiation surfaces reflected by the surface 14 overlap to form an irradiation surface with uniform luminous intensity over the entire surface. Concave reflector 1
A multilayer coating is applied to the reflective surface 10 of the halogen bulb A, so that only visible light rays emitted from the halogen bulb A are reflected forward, and infrared rays are transmitted to the back of the concave reflector 1. The mounting bracket 9 is made by cutting and raising elastic tongues 6 and engaging tongues 7 from a disc-shaped plate, and the elastic tongues 6 are provided at four locations at equal intervals, and the engaging tongues 7 are provided at three locations. ing. The tip of the engaging tongue piece 7 is bent outward into an L-shape. The elastic tongue piece 6 is slightly bent from the middle along the taper of the connecting cylinder part 2.
A socket adapter 15 for the halogen light bulb A is fixed to the rear surface of this connection fitting, and a power supply socket 16 is fixed to the rear surface of the socket adapter 15. FIG. 1 is a plan view when the socket cover 17 is attached, and the socket block 8 includes the socket adapter 15 and the rest. Attached to the power supply socket 16 is a normal cap 18 (for example, E26-27). On the other hand, halogen bulb A
A small cap (not shown), such as E11, is attached to the pinch seal portion, and a metal screw portion of this small cap is screwed into the power supply socket 16. (Of course, if the small base is a pin type,
A plug blade will be provided in the power supply socket 16. )
To explain how to install the concave reflector 1, first,
The mounting cylinder portion 2 is placed between four elastic tongues 6 (four in this embodiment, but of course there may be more or less than that) arranged on the same circumference. Insert the elastic tongue piece 6 into the tapered part 5 of the mounting tube part 2.
to touch. At this time, three engaging tongues 7 are arranged on a concentric circle inside the elastic tongue 6 (in this embodiment, there are three engaging tongues 7 to fit the insertion groove 4, but as long as they fit the insertion groove 4, of course. ) is located inside the mounting hole 11 through the insertion groove 4 of the inner flange 3. When the concave reflecting mirror 1 is twisted in this state, the elastic tongue piece 6 moves on the outer circumferential surface of the mounting cylinder part 2 while coming into elastic contact with the tapered part 5. At the same time, the engaging tongue piece 7 located inside the mounting hole 11 slides on the slope 13 of the inner flange 3 and fits into the engaging groove 12, so that the concave reflector 1 is fixed. Here, the elastic tongue piece 6 attempts to push the concave reflector 1 forward by coming into elastic contact with the tapered part 5;
Since the engaging tongue piece 7 engages with the inner flange 3, tension is applied to the elastic tongue piece 6 and the engaging tongue piece 7, and the concave reflecting mirror 1 is firmly fixed. To remove the concave reflector 1, push in the concave reflector 1 a little to bend the elastic tongue 6 slightly, remove the engagement tongue 7 from the engagement groove 12, and turn it in the opposite direction to the direction in which it was installed to engage it. When the tongue piece 7 aligns with the insertion groove 4, pull the concave reflector 1 toward you and take out the concave reflector 1 from the mounting bracket 9. The halogen bulb A must be attached and detached after the concave reflector 1 is removed. After or before installing the halogen bulb A and the concave reflector 1,
8 is normally screwed into the socket. In addition, the range indicated by (θ) in Figure 3 and the other range (180°-θ)
The bending direction of the curved surface of the minute reflective surface 14 is different from the above.

する。 When the halogen bulb A is turned on, most of its visible light is reflected forward by the minute reflective surface 14. The visible light reflected by the minute reflection surface 14 forms a square minute irradiation surface on the entire irradiation surface, and adjacent square minute irradiation surfaces overlap each other, making the irradiation surface uniform in luminous intensity. irradiate.

面反射鏡の着脱が行えるものである。 As mentioned above, the present invention forms the outer peripheral surface of the connecting cylinder part of the concave reflector in a tapered shape, and cuts an insertion groove in the inner flange of the inner peripheral surface of the connecting cylinder part, so that the outer peripheral surface of the connecting cylinder part is formed into a tapered shape. An elastic tongue piece that makes elastic contact with the tapered part and an L-shaped engagement tongue piece that engages with the inner flange through the insertion groove 4 are protruded from the mounting bracket, so the concave reflector can be attached and detached with one touch. It is something that can be done. That is,
To attach the concave reflector, insert the mounting tube between the elastic tongues, abut the elastic tongue against the tapered part of the attachment tube, and at the same time insert the engaging tongue into the insertion groove of the inner flange. Pass. In this state, twist the concave reflector to move the outer circumferential surface of the mounting cylinder while making the elastic tongue elastically contact the tapered part, and at the same time slide the engaging tongue located inside the mounting hole on the slope of the inner flange. and fit into the engagement groove to fix the concave reflector. To remove the concave reflector, push in the concave reflector a little to bend the elastic tongue slightly, remove the engagement tongue from the engagement groove, turn it in the opposite direction, and make sure the engagement tongue matches the insertion groove. By the way, pull the concave reflector toward you and remove it from the mounting bracket. In this way, the concave reflecting mirror can be easily and quickly attached and detached.
