(Prior Art) It is known to prevent the lid from rotating when the internal pressure is high to prevent the food from being spewed out when the lid is opened, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4248/1983. In this known example, a sliding body subjected to a biasing force of a spring can be positioned above a valve member of a pressure regulating valve, and the sliding body is moved along a guide groove provided in a lower handle. In this configuration, when the internal pressure is high, the sliding body comes into contact with the valve member, and therefore,
The sliding body becomes immobile within the guide groove, and the lid body is substantially prevented from rotating.

After properly tightening the lid 3 to the container body 2,
When heated, the pressure inside the main container 2 increases. Such pressure increase brings the upper and lower tongue pieces 13, 14 into pressure contact with the inner wall surface of the lid 3 and the horizontal piece 7 of the main container 2, thereby preventing pressure from escaping. Excessive pressurization can cause Patsukin11,19
is brought into pressure contact with the side wall 8 of the lid body 3, and a part of it is inserted into the hole 19.
can be pushed into Such movement of a part of the body parts of the gaskets 11 and 19 moves a part of the lower tongue piece 14 to the outside of the horizontal piece 7, brings the inside and the outside into communication, and transfers the two-part pressure to the outside. to prevent dangers such as explosions due to abnormal rise in internal pressure. Separately, when the pressure inside the main container 2 becomes excessively negative relative to the outside, the atmospheric pressure acting on the lower tongue piece 13 from between the engaging pieces 6 pushes the lower tongue piece 13 up, causing the main body Enter the container and eliminate the abnormal negative pressure inside.

11-12 shows a state in which the lid 3 is placed on the opening edge of the main container 2 so that the locking pieces 10 of the lid 3 are arranged between the engaging pieces 6 of the main container 2. In this state, the lock pin 43 is lowered, and the large diameter portion of the pin 43 faces the lower surface around the notch 39 of the lock plate 36. The claw 37 is inserted through the hole in the side wall 8.
The gasket 11 is pressed inward, and the lower part of the sliding surface 38 comes into sliding contact with the side edge of the horizontal piece 7 at the periphery of the opening of the main container 2. For example, even if the lid body 3 shown in FIGS. 11-12 is simply placed on the main container 2 and a fire is turned on,
Since the lock pin 43 cannot be raised by the lock plate 36 and the lower tongue piece 14 of the packing 11 is separated from the main container 2, the internal pressure escapes to the outside and the internal pressure is not increased. It cannot be used as a cooking device.

is brought into contact with the lid 3 and the main container 2. If the fire is turned on in this state, that is, when the lid 3 is properly closed, the pressure inside the main container 2 can be increased. The increase in internal pressure causes the lock pin 43 to rise, causing its large diameter portion to face the notch 39 in the lock plate 36. After cooking, when the internal pressure decreases, the lock pin 43 also decreases due to its own weight, resulting in the state shown in FIG.

To the left, press the stopper piece 27 of the slide plate 32.
There is no contact with the lid body 3, and the lid body 3 can be rotated.

FIGS. 15-16 show a state in which the lid 3 is rotated when the internal pressure is high and the residual pressure is high. When the residual pressure inside the main body container 2 is high, the lock pin 43 still occupies a high position, so that its large diameter portion is connected to the notch 39.
to face. Therefore, even if the lid body 3 is rotated so that the claw 37 faces the horizontal piece 7 between the engagement pieces 6, the lock plate 36 does not move inward, and the slide plate 35 is moved to the stopper piece of the handle. 27 and prevents further rotation of the lid body 3. In other words, the spouting of cooked food caused by opening the lid 3 when the residual pressure is high is prevented. In addition, when the residual pressure is high, the tip of the lock pin 43 is made to protrude slightly from the upper handle, so that the cook can predict that the residual pressure is high.

A glass window body 51 is attached to a suitable position on the lid body 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the glass window body 51 is made of a transparent body made of two circular heat-resistant and pressure-resistant glasses 52 laminated together.
The peripheral edge is covered with a sealing material 53, and this sealing material 5
3 is fixed to the transparent body of the glass 52 with upper and lower covers 54 and 55. The upper and lower covers 54 and 55 are fixed by spot welding or the like by butting their annular flanges together.
Alternatively, although not shown, a concave-convex engaging portion is engaged with the side edges of the upper and lower covers to integrate the upper and lower covers 54 and 55, and an annular groove 56 is formed. This groove 56 comes into contact with the back surface of the lid 3 when the glass window 51 is inserted into the hole 29 of the lid 3 from below. Bolts 57 are welded to three locations on the upper cover 54 to secure them. Alternatively, although not shown, a stop portion of an integral molded body may be provided. A glass window stopper 58 is arranged on the upper surface of the lid body 3. The stopper 58 has a circular central hole so that the inside of the container can be seen through the transparent body of the glass 52, and its peripheral edge has a plate-oriented side wall and a horizontal flange 59. Insert the glass window body 51 into the hole 29 of the lid body 3 with the gasket 60 arranged in the groove 56,
The gasket 60 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the lid 3. The lid body 3 is fitted with the stopper 58 to receive the bolt 57.
Place it on the top surface. Next, attach the nut 61 to the bolt 57.
When tightened, the flange 59 of the stopper 58 first comes into strong contact with the top surface of the lid 3. Further, when the nut 61 is tightened, the bolt 61 rises relative to the stopper 58, and the gasket 60 is pressed against the lower surface of the lid 3. In this way, the strong glass window body 51 can be fixed to the lid body 3 while ensuring the seal.
