図である。 図中、１１……内装基材、１２……フエルト層
、１３……補強シート、１４……フエノール含浸
紙、１５……ハニカム体、１５ａ……ハニカム空
間、１６……ＰＥホツトメルトシート、２１……
加熱成形型。

Claims (1)
- レジンフエルト等からなるフエルト層に補強シ
ートが積層されて所望形状に加熱プレス成形され
る内装基材において、前記補強シートがフエノー
ル含浸紙と、該フエノール含浸紙に接合されたハ
ニカム体とからなり、前記フエルト層と補強シー
トとを積層して加熱プレス成形することにより、
前記ハニカム体のハニカム空間にフエルト層が挿
入され、該挿入されたフエルト層とフエノール含
浸紙とがハニカム体を挟んで接合されていること
を特徴とする内装基材。
