Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上側部に固定孔と操作用の縦孔とを上下に
    有する軸部材と、上下動自在にばね部材を作用さ
    せて軸部材に収めた芯体と、外側面の上下に固定
    片と操作片とを突設した縦長の弾撥部材を側部に
    一体に有し、その弾撥部材を上記縦孔に位置させ
    て芯体上部に設けた操作部材とからなる筆記具に
    おいて、 該筆記具の軸端の装飾を、リング部材の周縁に
    放射状に一体形成した上下動自在な所要数の開閉
    片と、その開閉片の支持片を上縁に有する外筒体
    の内部に、連結用の内リングを同心円にスペーサ
    ーを介して一体形成した可動部材とから構成し、
    その装飾を取付ける軸部材の上端開口縁から固定
    孔上部の両側に案内切溝を設ける一方、上記操作
    部材の頂端にねじ軸を佇設し、そのねじ軸に上記
    内リングを嵌合するとともに、案内切溝に上記ス
    ペーサーを挿入して可動部材を軸部材の内外にわ
    たり嵌挿し、上記リング部材を上端開口縁に嵌着
    して開閉片を軸端に止着し、その開閉片の内側に
    あつて該開閉片を放射状に押し開くフランジを備
    えたアクセサリー支持筒を、上記ねじ軸に螺合し
    て上記内リングと共に上記操作部材に連結してな
    ることを特徴とする軸端に開閉自在な装飾を有す
    る筆記具。 (2) 請求項１記載の軸端に開閉自在な装飾を有
    する筆記具において、開閉片の形状は花びらに、
    可動部材の形状は花のがくにそれぞれ形成されて
    いることを特徴とする軸端に開閉自在な装飾を有
    する筆記具。
