配線基板と、前記超伝導量子干渉素子を電気的に
結合させるワイヤボンデイング部に、前記センサ
・ブロツク、前記配線基板、前記超伝導量子干渉
素子の3部品に接着固定することにより、前記ワ
イヤボンデイング部を完全に覆う密閉空間を作る
よう構成された保護カバーを有することを特徴と
