【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案はラジオ受信機などの音響機器に用いら
れるダイヤル装置に関するものである。

従来の技術 従来、一般に音響機器に使われているダイヤル
装置は、第3図に示す様に、前キヤビネツト1に
設けられたストツパ1−2にラツク3に設けたラ
ツクストツパ3−1が当たり、ストツプ状態とな
る。そして、チユーニングツマミ4を操作するこ
とにより、前キヤビネツト1に設けられたガイド
リブ1−1に沿いながらラツク3が動き、第4図
の様になる。この時、ガイドリブ1−1は金型上
前キヤビネツト1のパーテイングラインより出る
ことは出来ない。又、パーテイングラインより一
段落した位置でないと、金型がエツヂになつてし
まい、その為、ラツクストツパ3−1が後キヤビ
ネツト2に当たり、異音が発生するという問題を
有していた。そして、その対策として、後キヤビ
ネツト2のラツクストツパ3−1が当たる面に滑
動部材5を付けて異音対策を行つている構造のも
のが知られている。

の弾性舌片の先端を後キヤビネツトに当たる長さ
とし、ストツプ時及び摺動時に常に弾性舌片の先
端が後キヤビネツトに当たるように構成したこと
を特徴とするものである。

設けられている。チユーニングツマミ4を操作す
ることによりラツク3が作動し、弾性舌片3−2
の先端が後キヤビネツト2の側面に常に接触しな
がら作動する為に異音はなくなり、摺動性は向上
する。

考案の効果 以上の様に本考案のダイヤル装置は、ラツクの
移動終端の後方に設けられた弾性舌片が常に後キ
ヤビネツトに接触している為、ラツク摺動時に起
こりやすい異音が出ることが少なく、又、弾性を
もたせている為に非常に操作がスムーズになり、
実用上極めて有利なものである。又、異音対策の
潤滑部材を付けなくても良いので工数ダウンとな
る利点を有する。
