Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 両面に熱可塑性被覆材料を被覆した板紙から
    なり、４つの側壁パネル１，２，３，４を備え、
    長手方向接合パネル５により縁部が接合されて横
    断面が方形の筒状体に形成され、底部形成パネル
    が平坦に折込まれて閉塞されるとともに、上記側
    壁パネルの上端で、互いに対向する長方形の主要
    頂部パネル６，６とその間に折込まれた頂部三角
    形折込みパネル７１，７２とが、主要頂部パネル
    頂部の対向する密閉パネル８，８の間で、三角形
    折込みパネル７１，７２頂部に密閉パネル８の高
    さより低く形成した密閉折込みパネル９１，９２
    を挾持貼着せしめて頂部を形成した包装容器にお
    いて、少くとも一方の注出口側の密閉折込みパネ
    ル９１をその中央の折目を挾んで所定幅の間欠き
    、切欠部９ａにおける該パネルの高さ９ｈを所定
    の高さに形成したことを特徴とする包装容器。 ２ 上記切欠部９ａにおける密閉折込みパネルの
    高さ９ｈが、少くとも８mmに形成されることを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の包装容器。
