図である。
図面中、２２は外槽（貯水部）、２９は導圧チ
ユーブ、３６はケース底板（半導体圧力センサよ
り貯水部側に存する部材）、３８は半導体圧力セ
ンサ（圧力応動手段）、４１は係止部を示す。
