  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 断面略Ｃ型のガイドレールと、該ガイドレール
    内に配設された固定子と、該固定子との相互作用
    により前記ガイドレール内をその固定子に沿つて
    移動可能に設けられた可動子とを備えたリニアモ
    ータにおいて、 前記ガイドレール内における可動子の移動端に
    ゴム等の軟質弾性体よりなるリング状のストツパ
    を弾性嵌合したことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
