Claims (1)
- ポートＡとポートＢを連通・遮断する弁３２をバ
ネ３９で遮断位置に保持し、その弁３２をポート
Ａの圧力及びポートＢの圧力で連通方向に押すポ
ートＡ側の受圧部とポートＢ側の受圧部を設け、
かつ両者の受圧面積を同一とし、前記弁３２内に
、ポートＡとポートＢの圧力差によつて摺動して
低圧側の受圧面積を小さくするフリーピストン３
５及びバネ４２で押されて連通作動開始圧力を低
圧とするピストン３４を設けたことを特徴とする
安全弁。
