(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the underground passage construction method of the present invention includes placing a friction cut member over the entire length on the upper surface of a pipe having a rectangular cross section. The tip of the cut member is fixed to the tip of the pipe, and while excavating the ground in front of the pipe, the excavated soil is removed through the hollow interior of the pipe, so that multiple pipes are arranged in parallel at the upper floor position over the entire length of the planned underground passage. a step of burying the pipe so as to form a pipe band having a width approximately equal to the width of the upper floor; a step of constructing abutments in the length direction of the pipe at the lower part of both ends of the pipe band; A step of releasing the adhesion between the tip of the member and the tip of the pipe and fixing the rear end of the friction cut member to an appropriate place such as the ground, and contacting the front end surface of the ready-made upper floor member to the rear end surface of the pipe band, and jacking etc. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: advancing the upper floor member by the means described above and replacing the pipe band with the upper floor member using the abutments on both sides as guides while leaving the friction cut member; and excavating the ground below the upper floor member. That is.

(Function) A friction cut member is placed on the top surface of a pipe with a rectangular cross section, and the tip of the friction cut member is fixed to the tip of the pipe, so the hollow interior of the pipe is used to prevent the ground in front of the pipe from moving. While excavating the excavated earth and sand through the hollow interior, the friction cut member can be press-fitted into the ground together with the pipe, and a plurality of these pipes can be press-fitted into the upper floor position of the planned underground tunnel to meet the upper floor width. Since pipe bands of approximately equal width are formed, bridge abutments can be easily constructed using the pipes as guides below both sides of the pipe band.Furthermore, the bridge abutment can be easily constructed by using the pipes as guides on both sides of the pipe band. After releasing the fixation of the friction cut member, the front end face of the ready-made upper floor member is brought into contact with the rear end face of the pipe band and the upper floor member is pressed by means such as jacking, and the friction cut member is left in the ground. The upper floor member is smoothly press-fitted while sliding the pipe strip using the lower surface of the friction cut member as a guide, and the pipe strip and the upper floor member are easily replaced.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention places a friction cut member on the upper surface of a pipe having a rectangular cross section, fixes the tip of the friction cut member to the tip of the pipe, and fixes the tip of the friction cut member to the tip of the pipe. By excavating the ground and removing the excavated earth and sand through the hollow interior, multiple pipes are buried in parallel at the upper floor position over the entire length of the planned underground passage, and pipes with a width approximately equal to the upper floor width are constructed. forming a band, then
After constructing abutments in the length direction of the pipe at the bottom of both ends of this pipe band, the front end surface of the ready-made upper floor member is brought into contact with the rear end surface of the pipe band, and the tip of the friction cut member and the tip of the pipe are brought into contact with each other. and fix the rear end of the friction cut member to a suitable place such as the ground, and in this state press the upper floor member by means such as jacks to guide the abutments on both sides while leaving the friction cut member in place. Since this relates to an underground passage construction method characterized by replacing the pipe band and the upper floor member, and then excavating the ground below the upper floor member, it is necessary to install a plurality of pipes with a rectangular cross section in the upper floor member of the planned underground tunnel. After press-fitting a pipe band consisting of 300 yen, this pipe band and the upper floor member are replaced, so compared to conventional construction methods, the underground passage formed below the upper floor member is shallower due to the height of the pipe roof and the work space. Therefore, the approach can be shortened.

Furthermore, when the pipe band is press-fitted, the friction cut member placed on the top surface of each pipe has its tip fixed integrally to the tip of the pipe, so the friction cut member can be easily press-fitted integrally with the pipe. By press-fitting a plurality of these pipes along the entire length into the upper floor position of the planned underground passage to form a pipe band with a width approximately equal to the width of the upper floor, the pipes can be used as guides below both sides of the pipe band to form the bridge abutment. It can be easily constructed.

Furthermore, after releasing the fixation of the friction cut members to the ends of each pipe of the buried pipe band and fixing the rear ends of the friction cut members to a suitable place such as the ground, ready-made upper floor members are attached to both end surfaces of the pipe band. Since the front end surface of the friction cut member is brought into contact with the upper floor member and pressed by means such as jacking, the upper floor member is moved while sliding the pipe band using the lower surface of the friction cut member as a guide with the friction cut member remaining in the ground. can be press-fitted smoothly, and the pipe band and upper floor member can be easily replaced. At the time of this replacement, the friction cut member reliably prevents the movement of overburden earth and sand, and prevents any negative impact on the track etc. It's something that doesn't exist.

In addition, since the pipe strips are recovered, they can be reused, which reduces construction costs. Since it is excavated, the upper load is reliably supported by the upper floor member without bending unlike pipes, and the excavation work can be carried out safely and smoothly.

1. A friction cut member is placed over the entire length on the upper surface of a pipe having a rectangular cross section, and the tip of the friction cut member is fixed to the tip of the pipe,
By excavating the ground in front of these pipes and removing the excavated earth and sand through the hollow interior, multiple pipes will be buried parallel to each other at the upper floor position over the entire length of the planned underground passage, and the width will be approximately equal to the upper floor width. a step of forming an abutment in the length direction of the pipe at the lower part of both ends of the pipe; and a step of releasing the adhesion between the tip of the friction cut member and the tip of the pipe and removing the friction. A step of fixing the rear end of the cut member to a suitable place such as the ground, and a step of bringing the front end surface of a ready-made upper floor member having the width of the planned underground passage into contact with the rear end surface of the pipe band and advancing the upper floor member by means such as jacking. A method for constructing an underground passage comprising the steps of: replacing the pipe band with the upper floor member using the abutments on both sides as guides while leaving the friction cut member in place; and excavating the ground below the upper floor member.
