【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図及び第２図は本考案の一実施例を示すも
ので、その内、第１図イは本考案装置の構成を示
す正面図、同図ロは確認用プレートの平面図、同
図ハはトランシツトの接眼レンズをのぞいたとき
見られる望遠鏡の十字状の基準線を示す正面図、
第２図イ〜ハは接眼レンズでのぞいたとき見られ
るトーチ電極先端部の状態を示す拡大像の正面図
、同図ニ及びホはトーチ電極の溶接対象に対する
位置を基準線との比較で接眼レンズの拡大像とし
て示した正面図である。第３図は従来例の構成を
示すもので、その内、同図イはトーチ電極本体の
構成を示す正面図、同図ロは同図イ中のフレーム
７ａ、ねじ５を取り除いて示したトーチ電極本体
の側面図、同図ハは構成部品であるコレツトアツ
センブリーの正面図、同図ニは電極２と溶接対象
Ｙとの位置関係を示す正面図である。 ２……トーチ電極、８……トランシツト、８ａ
……接眼レンズ、１０……確認用プレート、１２
……けがき線、１５ａ，１５ｂ……横線、縦線（
基準線）。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ トーチ電極の前方及び後方の所定距離隔てた
    対向位置に、夫々トランシツトとけがき線を備え
    た確認用プレートを配置し、この両者の配置位置
    は上記確認用プレートのけがき線とトランシツト
    の望遠鏡内の基準線となる十字状の横線および縦
    線とを合致させる位置とし、上記トランシツトの
    望遠鏡で見られる上記トーチ電極の拡大像によつ
    て同電極の先端部の状態の良否を判定すると共に
    、同電極と溶接対象との距離が所定のものとなる
    ように上記拡大像、溶接対象及び基準線とを比較
    し、トーチ電極付属の上下、左右位置の調整用の
    ねじの操作によつて調整するようにしたことを特
    徴とするトーチ電極の管理装置。 ２ トランシツトの基準線となる横線、縦線の一
    方または双方に目盛を付すようにした請求項１記
    載のトーチ電極の管理装置。
