の断面図である。ガラス管1内にはフイラメント
4(本実施例では2本)が配設されており、フイ
ラメント4の両端からは引き出し線5が導出され
ている。ガラス管1の下端部は押し潰されて平板
状のピンチシール部8となつており、ピンチシー
ル部8内にはモリブデン金属箔9が埋設されてい
る。こモリブデン金属箔9には内部リード棒2a
の一端が溶接されていてガラス管1内に導入され
ており、導入部の基部近くが石英片1冷にて挟着
されている。内部リード棒2aの導入側端部は螺
旋状に巻回されており、この部分が螺旋状取付部
3である。本実施例では第2図のようにフイラメ
ント4の引き出し線5をこの螺旋状取付部3にて
挟持するために螺旋状取付部3の中心軸がガラス
管1の管軸に対してある程度直角方向に向くよう
に配設してある。石英片10からはガラス管1の
頭部に伸びる吊持用リード棒2bが立設されてお
り、その先端近傍が螺旋状に巻回されていて螺旋
状取付部3となつており、更に吊持用リード棒2
bの先端部分がガラス管1頭部のチツプ管内に挿
入されていて吊持用リード棒2bの先端部分のセ
ンタ決めを行つている。又、必要に応じて石英片
10からはサポート11が立設されており、サポ
ート11の先端はフイラメント4の中央部分に巻
着されており、フイラメント4支持を行つてい
る。フイラメント4の引き出し線5とリード棒2
との固着構造の詳細は第2図の通りである。即
ち、巻回された螺旋状取付部3の適宜の位置にフ
イラメント4の引き出し線5を挟み込み、更に引
き出し線5共々螺旋状取付部3をスポツト溶接し
て引き出し線5に接する螺旋状のリード棒2とを
固着する。このようにしてフイラメント4の両引
き出し線5は内部リード棒2aと吊持用リード棒
2bの螺旋状取付部3間に張設される事になる。
又、モリブデン金属箔9には外部リード棒位置2
も溶接されていてピンチシール部8外に導出され
ている。この外部リード棒12はピンチシール部
8に向き接着剤で固定された碍子(図示せず)の
口金(図示せず)や端子(図示せず)に溶接され
る事になる。
