第４図ａは単体増幅器パターンを示す図、第４図
ｂはバランス型増幅器パターンの各々一例を示す
図、第５図は従来のバランス型増幅器開発に関す
る工程図である。 図中、１〜４は本考案による単体増幅器からバ
ランス型増幅器への変換作業の各工程、５は半導
体基板、６，６ａ，６ｂは単体増幅回路、７，７
ａ，７ｂは入力側線路、８，８ａ，８ｂは出力側
線路、９，１０はバイアホール、１１ａ，１１ｂ
は副線路、１２〜１５は従来のバランス型増幅器
開発作業の各工程、１６はバランス型増幅回路で
ある。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を
示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板と、この基板上に設けた単体増幅回
    路と、上記増幅回路の入出力各線路をまたいで設
    けられた副線路と、前記増幅回路の反対側の基板
    上に設けた別の単体増幅回路と、この増幅回路と
    前記副線路との導通を図る為に形成した穴とで構
    成されたことを特徴とするモノリシツクマイクロ
    波増幅器。
