- 可撓性の磁気デイスクを負圧の発生により吸着
させて磁気ヘツドに摺接させる負圧スライダー装
置において、該負圧スライダー装置は、負圧スラ
イダー装置をセラミツク材を用いて形成するとと
もにその吸着面の面粗度をＲＡ＝８０〜１２０Å
の範囲としたことを特徴とする負圧スライダー装
置。
