Conventional blood sampling equipment used in clinical tests at hospitals and other facilities consists of several types of vacuum blood collection tubes, such as those for serum tests, biochemical tests, blood cell tests, blood sugar tests, and coagulation factor tests, and usually multiple needles. The necessary blood sample was obtained by performing several blood sampling operations from a patient or other examinee using a single blood sampling needle.

However, performing blood sampling more than once as described above using conventional blood sampling equipment is not only time-consuming, but also involves the use of vacuum blood sampling tubes attached to blood sampling needles inserted into the patient's blood vessels. The more times the blood is pierced, the greater the risk of blood vessel damage, etc., and the repeated blood sampling procedure causes mental and physical pain to the examinee. . Furthermore, because the vacuum blood collection tube is inserted and removed several times through a single blood collection tube holder, the air in the blood collection work chamber comes into contact with the part extending into the blood collection needle holder, causing the air to be contained in the air. There were concerns that there was a risk that the collected blood could become contaminated due to the adhesion of various bacteria, etc. Therefore, it is natural that a blood sampling device that can obtain a plurality of blood samples from a patient through one blood sampling operation is desired.

First, there is a connected blood collection tube 1 in which first and second vacuum blood collection tubes 2 and 3 having different required test items are connected, a blood collection tube holder 6 corresponding to the connected blood collection tube 1, and a blood collection tube corresponding to the holder 6. A blood sampling device of the present invention consisting of a branched needle 8 is prepared. Then, the blood sampling branch needle 8 corresponding to the desired blood sampling tube holder 6 is set. The blood sampling branch needle 8 is formed similarly to the conventional example described below.
That is, in this conventional example, as shown in FIG. said,
The blood collection needle is housed in a blood collection needle case 16 consisting of a protector 13 and a case cap 14. The multi-needle 15 housed in the blood collection needle case 16 has a blood vessel piercing portion 10 on the protector 13 side.
However, a rubber plug puncture portion 9 covered with a rubber tip 12 is formed on the case cap 14 side, and a screw 17 is formed on the needle base 11, respectively. Although the blood sampling needle case 16 of the blood sampling needle 8 according to the present invention is not shown, the blood sampling needle 8 is housed in the same manner as the blood sampling needle case 16 described above.

The screw 17 of the needle base 11 is screwed into the blood collection tube holder 6 so that it is located inside the holder 6. and,
At this time, the tip of the rubber tip 12 enclosing the rubber stopper puncture part 9 is always closed, and when the first and second vacuum blood collection tubes 2 and 3 are inserted into the blood collection tube holder 6, the tip of the rubber tip 12 is closed. It is pressed together with the rubber tip 12 through the stopper 4. Therefore, the tip of the rubber tip 12 is pierced by the needle tip of the rubber stopper puncture section 9 through the rubber stoppers 4 of the first and second vacuum blood collection tubes 2 and 3, and is simultaneously pierced by the rubber stopper 4. .

0 into the blood sample recipient's venous blood vessel. A connected body of blood collection tubes stores various blood coagulation promoters, blood anticoagulants, blood separation gels, blood separation members, etc. suitable for different test items in the first and second vacuum blood collection tubes 2 and 3. 1 into the blood collection tube holder 6,
Pierce each rubber plug puncture part 9 through the rubber plug 4,
Since its tip reaches the inner space of the first and second reduced pressure blood collection tubes 2 and 3, the degree of reduced pressure in the inner space causes the blood in the blood vessel to flow into the first blood vessel by an amount corresponding to the degree of reduced pressure.
Then, the blood flows into the internal spaces of the second vacuum blood collection tubes 2 and 3, and a desired amount of blood is collected. At this time, since a large amount of blood is collected at one time, special care must be taken to avoid any adverse effects on the human body of the person receiving the blood collection.

The reduced pressure blood collection tubes 3 are arranged in a testing device (not shown) in a set state and tested. Alternatively, the first reduced pressure blood collection tube 2 and the second reduced pressure blood collection tube 3 may be separated from the connecting portion 5 and provided to separate testing devices, allowing for large-volume processing together with blood samples collected from other people.

1 is sealed at the open end of the tube in a double-layered state of a first plug film 22 made of a gas barrier film and a second plug film 23 made of a resealable film. The plug film 22 used in this example is a 15 μm thick film of acrylonitrile resin barrels (Mitsui Toatsu Barrets 210) on which aluminum is vapor-deposited and further laminated with a 15 μm nylon film.
The plug film 23 is made of a natural rubber sheet with a thickness of 1.0 mm in order to provide resealability.
The plug film 22 and the second plug film 23 were attached with rubber glue.

By using the connected blood collection tube of the present invention configured as described above, it becomes easy to collect blood into a plurality of blood collection tubes for different test items in one blood collection operation, and Since multiple blood collection tubes can be separated, it goes without saying that work efficiency is improved, but since the blood is collected at exactly the same time, it is difficult to use blood in exactly the same condition as a sample after blood collection for multiple tests. can be expected to improve the accuracy of testing. Furthermore, by using the blood sampling device of the present invention, the mental and physical burden of blood sampling needle penetration on the blood sample recipient will be reduced, there will be no risk of blood vessel damage, invasion of bacteria, etc., and the structure will be improved. Since it is simple, it is easy to mold and process, and it has many advantages, such as being able to be mass-produced at low cost.
