、かつ同キヤブと車台フレームとの間に、一端を
キヤブ側部材に枢着され他端を車台フレーム側部
材に枢着されて略車巾方向に延在したラテラルロ
ツドが介装されたものにおいて、同ラテラルロツ
ドの枢着端部と同端部を軸支する支持部材との間
に摩擦部材が介装され、上記キヤブが車台フレー
ムに対し上下に変位して上記ラテラルロツドがそ
の枢着軸線の周りに廻動する際に上記摩擦部材に
よつて摩擦減衰力が生起されるように構成された
