Claims (1)
- 空気吹出口を下面に有するパレツトを、リニア
モータなどの源動源により複数のステーシヨン間
を移動させるようにした搬送装置において、前記
パレツトに、前記空気吹出口に連る蓄圧タンクを
設け、該蓄圧タンクに着脱自在に接続される補給
ノズルを前記ステーシヨンに設置したことを特徴
とする搬送装置。
