あり、また円筒支柱4のチヤンネル入口部12に

る。また、挿入管体19に挿通されたチヤンネル
管18の操作部側端部は、その端部に設けたチヤ
ンネル受部25を介して上記内視鏡操作部1のチ
ヤンネル口金13に着脱自在に固定されている。

成形された口金本体26の先端部に段部27を形

ネル受部25は円筒支柱4内を通過し得るように
