の平行折りを行なう第一くわえが備えられると共
に断裁ウエブを受け渡すための差込ナイフが備え
られた第一くわえ胴と、該第一くわえ胴に対接し
て設けられ前記差込ナイフの協働により該第一く
わえ胴に保持された断裁ウエブを受け取つて二回
目の平行折りを行なつて巻折りをする第二くわえ
が備えられる第二くわえ胴とを有する折機の平行
折装置において、前記第一くわえによりくわえら
れた断裁ウエブの前記第一くわえ胴に添接する側
の紙尻を該第一くわえ胴の径方向外側に押付付勢
する弾性部材を回転方向前側における前記差込ナ
イフ近傍に設けたことを特徴とする折機の平行折
