A large-diameter piston is slidably fitted into the large-diameter cylinder part and a small-diameter piston is slidably fitted into the small-diameter cylinder in a housing having a large-diameter cylinder part and a small-diameter cylinder part, and the large-diameter cylinder part is fitted into the housing. A control rod that drives the turbocharger blade is inserted through the lid attached to the opening side, and the large diameter piston is slidably fitted in the middle part of the control rod, and the small diameter piston is fitted in the tip part of the control rod. A turbocharger blade drive device equipped with a seal ring having a grease groove in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is fitted on the outer circumferential surface of the piston.
