の構造であつて、前記シリンダヘツドの上端面か
ら下部に向かつて前記ピボツトピンを嵌挿可能で
あつて、且つ嵌挿されたピボツトピンを介して前
記カムチエーンテンシヨナーを支承可能な凹部を
設け、該凹部にピボツトピンを介して支承したカ
ムチエーンテンシヨナーの上端面を該シリンダヘ
ツドに装着されるヘツドカバーに摺接させて該ヘ
ツドカバーと前記凹部との間に該カムチエーンテ
ンシヨナーを保持したことを特徴とする内燃機関
