In the case of this device, a raised protrusion with a curved surface is provided on the upper surface of the insulation partition wall for freezing and refrigerator compartments, extending over the entire depth of the protrusion, and an intermediate partition plate is placed on the protrusion. The lower ends of the two are placed against each other. In another embodiment of this invention, protrusions are provided at the front and rear of the lower end of the intermediate partition plate, and both of these protrusions are partially placed on the protrusions provided on the heat-insulating partition wall, and the center A notch space is provided in the part. Furthermore, in another embodiment, a locking piece is provided at the top of the protrusion of the heat insulating partition wall to sandwich and cover the gap from the side so that the notch gap provided at the lower end of the intermediate partition plate is not visible from the side. It is set up.

In the case of this device, the joint between the intermediate partition plate and the heat-insulating partition wall has a curved and raised surface, and the gap created there is located at a higher position. They can be easily wiped off with a cloth, etc., on the heat-insulating partition wall without staining. In addition, even if the heat insulating partition wall is deformed during foaming, it should be kept in partial contact with the intermediate partition wall.
Since the remaining spaces are notched spaces, the pushing up force applied to the intermediate partition plate can be alleviated by the notched spaces, thereby preventing deformation of the freezing box. Furthermore, since the notch gap in the intermediate partition plate is covered from the outside with a locking piece protruding from the top of the protrusion provided on the heat insulating partition wall, the notch gap is not visible from the side. This eliminates the ``backlash'' on the left and right sides of the intermediate partition plate.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below.
That is, in FIGS. 1 and 2, 2 is a freezer compartment, and a refrigerator compartment 11 directly below it is connected to a heat insulating partition wall 10.
It has been developed. 8 is the above-mentioned insulating partition wall 1 with its lower opening facing down so as to span the entire width of the freezer compartment 2.
A cross-sectional trough-shaped freezing box placed on top of the
Reference numeral 9 denotes an intermediate partition plate 10a that divides the inside of the freezer box 8 into the left and right ice making compartments 5 and the frozen product storage compartment 6.
A protrusion of a predetermined height is raised on the heat insulating partition wall 10 with a curved surface and extended to its full depth, and the lower end of the intermediate partition plate 9 rests on this protrusion. ing. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the intermediate partition plate according to this invention, and in this case, the intermediate partition plate has ridges on the heat insulating partition wall only at the front and rear portions at its lower end, as shown in the figure. The main feature is that a protrusion 9a is provided at the front and rear so as to be in contact with the protrusion 10a, and a notch 9b is provided in the center along the longitudinal direction, and the other features are as shown in FIGS. It is similar to that of . Furthermore, FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment of this invention, in which the notch gap 9b of the intermediate partition plate 9 is sandwiched between the top of the protrusion 10a of the heat insulating partition wall 10 from both outside sides. It is characterized in that a covering locking piece 10b is provided protrudingly,
The other parts are the same as those in FIGS. 1 and 2.

Since the refrigerator of this invention is constructed as described above, even if thawing water occurs in the freezer compartment or liquid is accidentally spilled, it will not get into the gap between the intermediate partition plate and the insulating partition wall. It can be easily wiped off with a cloth or the like while it accumulates on the heat-insulating partition wall, without causing it to accumulate on the heat-insulating partition wall. Furthermore, the deformation of the insulation partition wall that occurs during foaming, etc., is alleviated by the intermediate partition plate, thereby preventing deformation of the freezer box.Furthermore, the locking piece provided at the top of the protrusion of the insulation partition wall allows the gap between the intermediate partition plate It is possible to hide it, and also prevent it from rattling on the left and right sides.
