の外周面と尾端面に冷却水路を隔ててモータカバ
ーを固着し、モータケースの内空尾端部に冷却さ
れた冷風気を該モータの回転フアンにより前記マ
グネツトカツプリング付近に送つて冷却を行う構
成としたことを特徴とする毒性ガス排出用まゆ型
二軸多段式真空ポンプ。2
各ハウジングに設置してポンプ駆動シヤフト
を支持する各ベアリングのケーシング側にハウジ
ング側から突出するグリス止めカラーと前記駆動
シヤフトにほぼ接する四フツ化エチレン系シール
を設置し、各ベアリングと前記シールの間に各ベ
アリングからオーバーフローしたグリス又は外部
から補給するグリスの溜り部を設けたことを特徴

続したハウジングLに、内周をポンプ駆動シヤフ
トにぼぼ接するオイル流出防止環を取付けその防
止環と前記ハウジングのベアリングとの間に前記

接するオイルシールを設け、該オイルシールに対
応する前記のシヤフトに多条小突起のラビリンス
部を設け、ギヤオイルのベアリング方向への侵入
を防止することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
