Claims (1)
- 上部にエアポートを、下部に油回収タンクと逆
止弁を介して接続された油吸引ポートと、油排出
タンクと逆止弁を介して接続された油排出ポート
とを有する竪型シリンダと、前記エアポートと連
通した真空発生装置並びにこの真空発生装置と接
続された破壊バルブと、高圧エアを前記真空発生
装置と前記破壊バルブとに切替え制御する電磁切
替弁と、前記シリンダに内設されたフローター並
びにこのフローターによつて上下動する磁石体と
、前記磁石体によつて油面の上下限位置を検知し
、前記電磁切替弁に切替え信号を発信する油面検
知センサとから構成された工作油回収用ポンプ装
置。
