【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は既在の集合住宅等のテラスに特別な工
作を行うことなく、日除テント、スダレ等を取付
けるべくなした新規の創案に係る。図面について
その構成を説明すると、１はテラスの天井面、２
は予め埋込まれているボルト、３は物干金物の取
付板、４は該取付板３に開口したボルト２の挿通
孔、５は取付板３より若干寸法の長い取付金物、
６は挿通孔４と同じ仕様の挿通孔、７は例として
テント巻取パイプ９の保持具８の取付部を示すも
のである。一般的に集合住宅の場合、賃貸形式が
多くて建物構造に細工を行うことは禁じられてお
り、又分譲住宅に於てもテラス等供用部分えの加
工は好ましくない。このため欧米では普及してい
るテラスに対する日除テントの取付については障
碍となつている。本案構成はこの問題を解決する
ものであり、通常物干金物３は程んど予め設置さ
れているものであり、これの取付ボルト２を利用
すれば建物本体に何等細工することなく所期の目
的を達するものであり、実用的価値高いものであ
