２１の前記開口３側下方に接離自在となる弁体８
を、前記支持板６に上下動可能に軸支した支軸７
に架着し、該支軸７には、揚水された水の圧力に
より弁体８が弁座２１の下方に圧接されるが通常
や真空ポンプ５が作用する状態では弁体８が弁座
２１の下方に離れて保持されるよう下方に弾圧す
ることができるばね９を介装して構成したことを
