【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はびん、缶、プラスチツク等の従来の液
体容器に代わる紙容器用の包装材料に関するもの
で、特に、内容物に接する熱可塑性樹脂層を例え
ば高密度ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンと低密
度ポリエチレンとの共押出しによる二層とするこ
とにより、接着強度を大きくしてヒートシール性
を良くし、衝撃強度、ガスバリヤー性を向上さ
せ、層間の接着剤による異臭の発生という問題を

従来、この種の包装材料としては第1図に示す
ように内容物に接する側から順次、ポリエチレン
1/アルミニウム2/ポリエチレン3/紙4/ポ
リエチレン5という層構成のものが知られている
が、この層構成のものはブランクスからスリーブ
状に貼合わせるとき、糊代部にガスバーナー、又
は熱風を吹付けてブランクス表面の樹脂を溶かし
て圧着することにより行なつているが、ガスバー
ナー又は熱風の温度および圧着時の圧力の制御が
困難であり、過熱によるピンホールの発生、熱不
