緊締受片に設けたボルト貫通孔を水平方向に長い
長孔で構成し、緊締ボルトの頭部を、このボルト
貫通孔の水平方向幅よりは短く垂直方向幅よりは
長い一側幅を備え、他の一側幅が前記垂直方向幅
