[Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, and warping and twisting appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since none of the boards have a backing material, condensation may form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust or
The walls themselves lacked heat insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, and the decorative surfaces could not be prevented from deforming. Moreover, the boards themselves were easily deformed and lacked connection strength. Furthermore, no matter which of the above-mentioned boards are used, many of the connecting parts of the boards are in direct contact with the base material, so condensation often corrodes the base material, and it is difficult to protect the building frame from earthquakes. Because the vibrations and deformation of the structure were directly transmitted, it had the disadvantage of being easily dislodged. Also, on this kind of board,
Boards with a decorative groove formed almost in the center of the decorative surface are also known, but the boundary between the top and bottom surfaces of the decorative groove is not clear, and there is a difference between the areas where the surface materials contact each other at the joint, and the wall The drawback was that it was not possible to form a uniform line on the body, resulting in a mere pattern that was inferior in aesthetics. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has the following objectives:
At least two horizontal decorative pieces form a triangular cross section from the side surface and the sloped surface, and mirror reflection is achieved by the decorative groove in which the ratio of the decorative piece to the sloped surface is as large as 1:5 to 5:1. Due to the diffused reflection, the decorative pieces stand out and enhance the three-dimensional effect, creating lines of decorative grooves that are almost the same as the lines of the horizontal joints on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance. At the same time, the decorative surface part is prevented from warping, twisting, and slipping, and the board is formed wide to improve economical efficiency and workability.
A locking portion is formed at the other end, and the height of the side wall of the decorative groove and the side wall of the locking portion are approximately the same, so that when a wall is formed, the decorative surface portion of the board looks three-dimensional due to shading. , a recess is formed between the side surface of the decorative groove and the sloped surface to closely resemble the appearance of the connecting part and the decorative groove, creating a unified line on the wall for a beautiful appearance. is integrally filled with core material, and has excellent workability, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, insulation properties, etc.
We propose a board that can be used to construct a wall that is fireproof, cushioning, productive, and vibration-proof. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, and an aluminum plated steel sheet. A surface material made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. 1 , a core material 17 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 18 covering the back surface of the core material 17 in a sandwich-like structure. That is, the surface material 1 is composed of a decorative surface part 2 , an engaging part 7 , and a locking part 13 , as shown in FIG. To explain further, the decorative surface section 2 has at least one part along the longitudinal direction of the board A.
It is formed from a number of decorative grooves 3 and decorative pieces 2a and 2b divided into a plurality of pieces by the decorative grooves 3. This decorative groove 3 is connected to the decorative piece 2a with θ 1 (θ 1 ≒
90°) and the decorative piece 2b intersect at θ 2 (θ 2 <
The cross section is formed into a substantially triangular shape from the inclined surface 5 that intersects at an angle of 90°), and a recessed portion 6 is formed between the side surface 4 and the inclined surface 5. The shape of the gap 4a of the recess 6 is determined by the size of the gap created when the surface material 1 is bent, or by an arbitrary shape. Furthermore, there is one decorative groove 3 in the center of the decorative surface part 2 ,
Alternatively, the decorative surface portion 2 is arranged so as to be divided into 3 to 5 parts, and is mainly used to prevent warpage, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface portion 2 , and the ratio of the decorative piece 2b to the inclined surface 5 is 1:5 to 5:1. This ratio creates a large shadow different from the conventional decorative rib and enhances the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2. That is, the cosmetic pieces 2a, 2
The contrast between specular reflection and diffused reflection between b and the inclined surface 5 creates a sense of unevenness, and as shown in FIG. The joints between the walls are made into decorative grooves to improve the design of the wall. The engaging portion 7 connects one end of the decorative surface portion 2 to the decorative groove 3.
An inclined piece 8 inclined at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 of the inclined surface 5, a rib-shaped engagement piece 9 whose end edge is bent upward at an acute angle, and an outer edge of the engagement piece 9. A raised piece 10 protruding from the inner lower end by Δh, a nail driving piece 11 with the tip of the raised piece 10 bent outward,
It is formed from a tongue piece 12 which is formed by bending the end edge of the nailing piece 11 into a seam shape if necessary. To explain further, since the inclined piece 8 is inclined and bent at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 between the inclined surface 5 of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative piece 2b, it improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from entering the joint. This prevents accumulation, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and helps increase the working width. In addition, the inclined piece 8 is the inclined surface 5 of the decorative groove 3.
It is approximately the same length as the makeup piece 2b, and is 1:5 ~
Since it is formed at a ratio of 5:1, it enhances the design and three-dimensional appearance of board A, and is also useful for increasing the working width. The engaging piece 9 engages a locking piece 15, which will be described later, under a certain elasticity, and is also reinforced to prevent rain and to prevent the surface material 1 from being deformed. Further, the raised piece 10 reduces the contact area between the wall base and the engaging portion 7 , and also serves as one side wall of a mold that accommodates a core material 17, which will be described later. In particular, the raised piece 10 can use a flat plate material such as a steel belt to convey the surface material 1 , and can rotate at a much higher speed than a type such as a caterpillar, which greatly improves productivity and reduces costs. It is also useful. In addition, the engagement piece 9
The angle is determined by the locking part 1 , which will be described later, in order to strengthen the engagement force.
It is preferable that only the surface in contact with the tongue piece 16 of No. 3 is inclined. Further, the nailing pieces 11 are mainly useful for fixing the board A to the wall base α via the nails β, as shown in FIG. 3, in a position where rainwater will not leak. The tongue piece 12 is mainly used to prevent danger during construction, prevent deformation such as waving of the nailing piece 11, and prevent injury caused by the end of the nailing piece 11 during work. The locking portion 13 is formed by bending the other end of the decorative surface portion 2 inward to have a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section. That is, the locking portion 13 includes a side wall 14 bent at an angle θ 4 similar to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 4 of the decorative groove 3 , a locking piece 15 with the tip of the side wall 14 bent inward, and a locking piece 15 . The side wall 14 casts a shadow on the joint area to promote a three-dimensional effect, and the locking piece 15 makes contact with the engaging part 7 over a large area, and is easy to use during construction. guide when
and a stabilizing support piece, which acts as a waterproof surface. In addition, the tongue piece 16 is used to form a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon from occurring at the engagement part with the engagement piece 9, and to prevent the tip of the locking piece 15 from becoming sharp like a knife during construction. It helps eliminate the dangers of time. Numeral 17 is a core material that is filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , that is, the gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2 , the engaging part 7 , and the locking part 13 , and mainly provides heat insulation properties to the board A. It also functions as a cushioning material, reinforcing material, adhesive, soundproofing material, moisture-proofing material, and rust-preventing material. Its shape corresponds to the gutter-like part, and
A cutout portion 17a having a substantially triangular or rectangular shape (not shown) is provided near the locking portion 13 . In addition, the material of the core material 17 is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc.
It consists of one type of material, such as a material that is discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or a molded product. In addition, when using a molded body, it is necessary to use an adhesive (not shown) between the surface material 1 , the back material 18, and the core material 17. To explain further, the core material 17 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). ,
It consists of one or more of calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. Reference numeral 18 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 17 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It consists of etc. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the makeup piece 2
The lengths of a and 2b are respectively L 2 and L 1 , the range of the inclined surface 5 is W 1 , the range of the inclined piece 8 is W 2 , the height of the side surface 4 is h 1 , the height of the side wall 14 is h 2 , Letting the heights from the decorative pieces 2a and 2b to the back surface of the core material 17 be h 3 and h 4 ,
L 1 ≒L 2 , W 1 ≒W 2 , h 1 ≒h 2 , h 3 ≒h 4 , and
The relationship is L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2 =1:5 to 5:1. Further, the angles θ 1 to θ 4 described above have the relationship of θ 1 ≒ θ 4 and θ 2 ≒ θ 3 . In other words, the above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 3 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating unified lines in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and also making the slope 5, the slope The piece 8 and the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are used to improve the three-dimensional effect of the board through specular reflection and diffused reflection. [Example of construction] Next, an example of construction will be explained. Assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall. In addition, the board
For A 1 and A 2 , the surface material 1 is a colored steel plate with a thickness of 0.27 mm,
The back material 18 is made of aluminum kraft paper, and the core material 17 is made of polyisocyanurate foam. Therefore, the n-th board A1 is fixed to the wall base α consisting of the main pillars, studs, rims, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) through nails β. Next, the n+1th board
The locking part 13 of A2 is engaged with the engaging part 7 of the n-th board A1 , and the nailing piece 11 is fixed to the wall base α in the same manner as above. Therefore, in order to construct the entire outer wall, the above steps can be performed sequentially from the base toward the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, caulking material, and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and FIGS.
It can also be formed as shown in Figures a to o and Figures 7 a to n. That is, FIGS. 4 a to 4 i show modified examples of the decorative groove 3 and the recess 6, and the side surface 4 and the recess 6,
Or a chamfered surface 3 is placed between the side surface 4 and the decorative piece 2a.

This is a board A in which a bottom surface 3b is formed in the groove 3, and a horizontal joint ground portion 7a is formed at the tip of the inclined piece 8. In addition, the fourth
It is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIGS. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flatness, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Capillarity does not occur in the connection structure between the locking part and the engaging part, and
Rainwater does not leak into the wall due to the tongue piece of the locking part and the engagement piece of the engaging part, and does not corrode the inside of the wall. The board was fixed in a location that would prevent rainwater from entering, so there would be no rust on the fixings.
Since depressions are formed in the decorative grooves to closely resemble the shape of the joints, uniform horizontal lines are created on the wall, giving the wall a three-dimensional feel and improving aesthetics. Decorative piece: Slanted piece, Decorative piece: Slanted surface is 1:5 to 5:1. Since the width of the sloped surface is increased, the decorative piece stands out due to diffused reflection and specular reflection, creating a wall with a three-dimensional effect. Can be formed. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
