【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、コイル状鋼板を焼鈍するに際し、焼
鈍炉の底部に配置されるペデスタル(ベース金物

路を促進する為のボトムスペーサー付チヤージプ
レートに関するものである。

いう)を載せ、更に、ボトムスペーサーを載せ、
その上にコイル状鋼板3、コイルスペーサーの順
で重ねていく。ところで従来から用いられている
チヤージプレートは中央に開口部を有する一枚の
デイスク状体で、又ボトムスペーサー7は同じく
中央に開口部を有する一枚のデイスク状体の下面
にリブが取付けられた形状をし、このチヤージプ
レートとボトムスペーサーとは各々別体で単にそ
れを重ね合わせて使用されているにすぎないもの
であつた。

〈課題を解決する為の手段〉 上記目的を達成する為に本考案が採用した手段
は、デイスク状チヤージプレートの上面に、該チ

等所要形状にリブを形成し、該リブの上面にデイ
スク状ボトムスペーサーをリブと一体的になる如
く連設載置し、しかも上記ボトムスペーサーには
それを上下に貫通する多数のガス流通口を開口し
てなることを特徴とするボトムスペーサー付きチ
ヤージプレートである。

気ガスが、上部のコイル状鋼板の方へ抜け、鋼板
をより効率良く昇温せしめる為のものであり、通
常この種コイル状鋼板のバツチ焼鈍にあつては、
中央に空洞部を持つコイル状鋼板の空洞部の外周
縁と、コイル状鋼板それ自体の外周縁との中央よ
りもやや中央部よりの位置が、所謂コールドスポ
ツトと称され最も昇温され難い部所に相当するの
で、そのコールドスポツト相当位置のガス流通口
の開口面積を他よりは大となす様に、個々の開口
面積や数を適宜調整するものとする。

側へ流入し、その中の一部はボトムスペーサーに
開口されたガス流通口を通過し上部のコイル状鋼
板へ直接的に熱を伝える。

使用時や補修時の設置、移動も一度に出来る。ま
た従来のボトムスペーサーには、上、下面の開口
状ガス流通口が無かつたが為に、最下段のコイル
状鋼板の下部の加熱、冷却は該ボトムスペーサー
を介しての熱伝達のみであつたが、本考案ではガ
ス流通口を雰囲気ガスが通過し直接的にコイル状
鋼板の下面にも接する為に加熱、冷却の熱効率が
向上するという効果がある。
