され、前記超低温液槽内にあつて、圧送ポンプよ
り圧送されるアイスクリーム原料液を霧状に拡散
噴射させる噴霧装置とを含み、前記噴霧装置によ
つて噴射霧化されるアイスクリーム原料液の水滴
を超低温液槽内の液体に接触させ、超低温下にお
いて、前記水滴を凍結させることで、水滴を多数
のビーズ玉に変化させ、多数粒状を形成するビー
ズ状アイスクリーム製品を製造することを特徴と
