- アイスクリーム原料液収容槽と、アイスクリー
ム原料液収容槽の下部に連設する複数筒体と、該
複数筒体を囲設する超低温冷媒装置と、複数筒体
の下部に配設する製品冷凍保管ボツクスからなり
、アイスクリーム原料液の水滴が流下する複数筒
体内部を超低温冷媒装置の冷媒によつて超低温に
保持して、前記アイスクリーム原料液の水滴を複
数筒体内部で多数ビーズ状に凍結させ、このビー
ズ状に凍結されたアイスクリーム製品を冷凍保管
ボツクスに収容してなることを特徴とするビーズ
状アイスクリーム製品の製造装置。
