【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、照明器具へのプリント基板の取付構
造に関するものである。

従来、トランジスタインバータ安定器回路など
を実装したプリント基板を照明器具に搭載するた
めの取付構造としては、例えば、第2図に示すよ
うに、器具本体10に固定した絶縁板11にロツ
キングサポート12を介してプリント基板13を
固定し、このプリント基板13の固定時に絶縁板
11との間に緩衝ゴム14を挟み、また、絶縁板
11の略中央に器具部品取付台15を取付けこの
部品取付台15にプリント基板13の開口13a
より露出するようにスイツチ16、豆球17を搭
載するようしているもので、プリント基板13の
反りの防止及び落下時の衝撃緩衝は緩衝ゴム14
により行われ同じくプリント基板13の充電部と
器具本体10との絶縁維持及び器具外部からの塵
埃の侵入防止は絶縁板11の介在によつて行われ
るものであつた。然し乍ら、このような構成によ
るならば、プリント基板などの器具本体への固定
について大きな工数及び多くの部品を必要とし、
コスト高につく問題があるものであつた。

固定台2を器具本体3に固定するためのロツキン
グサポート部4が、中央部にはスイツチ5及び豆
球ソケツト6取付用の器具部品取付台7が、辺部
にはプリント基板1の取付け時にプリント基板1
の裏面に当接する高さの緩衝部材としての突起部
8が、それぞれ一体的に形成されている。固定台
2のロツキングサポート部4は、部品取付台7や
突起部8と同じ側の面に突設されプリント基板1
を固定するためのプリント基板保持片4aと、部
品取付台7や突起部8と反対側の面に突設されて
この固定台2を器具本体3に取り付けるための取
付片4bとから構成されている。

器具部品取付台と緩衝部材としての突起部とをそ
れぞれ形成したため、取付片により固定台は器具
本体へ、プリント基板保持片によりプリント基板
を固定台にプリント基板を固定台にそれぞれ連結
するだけの工数で一挙に組立が完了されるもの
で、また、この組立状態にあつてプリント基板の
反りの防止及び落下時の衝撃緩衝及びプリント基
板の充電部と器具本体との絶縁維持及び器具外部
からのプリント基板への塵埃の侵入防止も一挙に
実現できるものであるから、前述した従来の実装
プリント基板の取付構造同等機能をもち且つ、工
数及び部品数の省略ができ安価な照明器具への実
装プリント基板の取付を提供できるものである。
