を有し、その蓋に取付けられた操作体によつて容
器内に配置される押板を徐々に押下げる加圧機構
を備えており、加圧機構は、蓋に対して所定範囲
だけ押下げ可能、かつ押下げ状態から原位置へ復
帰可能なようにばね付勢された前記操作体と、操
作体の下に位置しその押下げ時一定ストローク下
降するように上下方向の多数の歯が周面に複数筒
所設けられた昇降体と、蓋の下面に設けられ、前
記歯と係合して昇降体を一定位置で固定保持する
保持体と、歯と係脱可能に操作体に設けられ、操
作体押下げ時に、係合する歯を介して昇降体を1
歯分以上押し下げる複数の加圧爪と、同じく歯と
係脱可能に保持体に設けられ、操作体押下げ後に
歯と係合して昇降体を押下げ位置に保つ複数のロ
ツク爪及び下降した昇降体を原位置へ戻すために
前記歯から加圧爪とロツク爪を外すリセツト手段
とからなることを特徴とする漬物器。 2 加圧機構は、蓋の適所に形成された開口部に
配置され、蓋に対して所定ストローク押下げ可能
であり、内側に下方へ伸びる加圧爪が対称に設け
られた操作体と、蓋の開口部下に位置し、押下げ
られた操作体を原位置へ復帰させるばねの他端を
支持する部分を有し、その内側に前記加圧爪を含
む円の周上に並ぶ複数のロツク爪が下方へ突設さ
れた保持体と、前記ロツク爪との係合時に、漬物
側からの押上げ力に対抗する上下方向のラツクが
外周面に所定間隔で複数箇所形成されており、ま
た漬物を押す押板に突設された押杆が一体的に吊
設された昇降体と、前記操作体と保持体及び昇降
体との相対的な回動により加圧爪とロツク爪とを
ラツクから外し、昇降体を原位置方向へ戻すため
のリセツト手段とから成る請求項第1項記載の漬
物器。 3 操作体は開口部の下縁に回動可能に係止され
ており、かつ上端を操作体に、また下端を保持体
のばね支持部分に係止したコイル状のばねによ
り、押下げ状態から原位置への復帰力と、リセツ
ト時の復帰力とを受けるように構成された請求項
第2項記載の漬物器。 4 保持体は蓋から独立した部材であり、開口部
周囲の蓋下面に形成された取付基部に、係合手段
により取付けられている請求項第2項記載の漬物
器。 5 操作体はその回動操作で保持体を回動させる
ように係合可能であり、該回動操作により操作体
と保持体が昇降体に対して回動するリセツト手段
を構成する請求項第2項記載の漬物器。 6 蓋の適所に形成された開口部に配置され、蓋
に対して所定ストローク押下げ可能でありかつ押
下げ状態から原位置に復帰させるばねを一体に備
え、内側に下方へ伸びる加圧爪が対称に設けら
れ、しかも前記開口部近傍に係合手段により取付
けられた操作体を有する請求項第1項記載の漬物
器。 7 ばねがダイヤフラム状で操作体の押圧部の外
周に設けられている請求項第6項記載の漬物器。 8 保持体は蓋と一体に形成されており、その中
心部に、操作体の加圧爪が配置される環状部を設
