前記供給ホツパーの底部に設けられた排出機構と
、前記供給ホツパーから排出される短繊維状物を
受け入れて計量するホツパーと、前記供給ホツパ
ーから排出される短繊維状物の排出量を制御する
制御装置とからなり、前記排出機構は、短繊維状
物が自重によつて排出され得る角度に傾斜した出
口通路と、該出口通路内に回動するように設けら
れ先端部に短繊維状物の排出を阻止するスパイラ
ル状の羽根を有するスクリユー部材とを備えてお
り、前記制御装置は前記計量ホツパーの計量値に
応じて前記スクリユー部材の回動を制御するもの
