第１図はこの考案の一実施例の信号判別装置を
示す概略ブロツク図である。第２図は第１図に示
すリニアセンサの出力を説明するためのグラフで
ある。第３図は第１図に示す各回路出力の波形図
である。第４図は従来の３値判別装置を示す概略
ブロツク図である。第５図は第４図に示す従来の
３値判別装置に変位計の出力信号を与えることに
よつて、部品の高さ検出をした場合に得られる波
形を示す図である。
図において、１はアナログ型のリニアセンサ、
２は検出対象の物体、３はセンサ入力部、４はレ
ベル判別回路、５は一定状態検出回路、６はＡＮ
Ｄ回路、７は出力回路、４１，４２，５２，５３
はコンパレータ、４５はＡＮＤ回路、５１は微分
回路、５４はＯＲ回路、５５は波形整形回路を示
す。

段の双方の出力に応答して、予め定める判別信号
