[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a weight for preventing twisting in overhead electric wires.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of rings 2 are attached to a bare electric wire 1 at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the outer circumference as an overhead electric wire that is difficult to accumulate snow (FIG. 1). This ring 2 prevents snow adhering to the top or side surfaces of the bare wires from going around to the bottom surface, and prevents excessive snow from accumulating on the wires 1.

Also, as shown in FIG. 2, a wire 1 having a ring 2 has a weight 3 fixed to the approximate center of the span to prevent twisting. Due to this weight, even if snow strongly blown by the wind adheres to the electric wire 1, the electric wire will not rotate because the uneven load due to the snow is alleviated by the weight 3. For this reason, even if a large amount of snow adheres to the top or side surface of the electric wire 1, this snow is prevented from rotating by the weight, so when it exceeds a certain amount by the ring 2, the snow will detach from the electric wire due to its own weight. Avoid excessive snow accumulation.

The present invention relates to a new structure of the weight 3 in such an overhead electric wire that is difficult to adhere to snow.It has a particularly simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and even if a short circuit occurs between phases, it will not get tangled with the electric wire. It is an object of the present invention to provide a weight that will not fall from an electric wire even if the gripping force is lost due to a malfunction in the gripping part.

To summarize the configuration to achieve this goal:
The weight body is made of a coiled round bar, and the gripping part of the electric wire is placed inside the coil, so that the structure is simple and it is difficult to come off and fall.

An embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. 4 is the weight main body, which is made of a rod bent into a coil shape with one and a half turns. The curved portions of the bar constituting the weight main body 4 are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other and overlapped, as shown in FIG.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a wire gripping portion fixed to the inside of the top portion of the weight main body portion 4 by welding or crimping, and the lower part thereof has an inverted U shape. It is suspended from the electric wire 1 at this part. 6 is an elastic material such as neoprene rubber, and is suspended from the electric wire 1 through this. 7 is a preform rod, which is attached to the electric wire 1.
This preform rod 7 allows easy installation, and eliminates the possibility of generating concentrated stress in the fixed portion or breaking the strands of the electric wire 1. In the above embodiment, the preform rod 7 is used for fixing, but the method is not necessarily limited to this. For example, a bolt fixing method or a spring method that does not use bolts may be used. .

In FIG. 6, the main body of the weight is a nearly triangular annular body, with the end portion located on the lower side, and this portion is wound. A bolt-type wire gripping portion that is tightened with a bolt 9 is used for the wire 1. In this case,
By increasing the number of turns at the bottom as much as possible, the weight can be stabilized and made more compact. In this case as well, the ends of the bars constituting the weight main body are wound in opposite directions, and the wound portions are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other and overlap each other, as shown in Fig. 6. .

Figure 7 uses the same weight body as Figure 6,
There is no bolt on the electric wire 1, that is, a spring clamp method using a spring 10 is adopted.
In this example as well, if the number of windings in the lower part is increased as much as possible, the weight can be made compact and stable.

The configuration is as described above. According to this, 1. Since the weight body is formed of a bar material wound into an annular shape or a shape close to this, it is suitable for mass production and can be provided at low cost.

2. Even if there is a short circuit between phases, the wire grips of different phases and the wires in the vicinity do not come into direct contact with each other, so they can be protected from arcing.

3. Even if the gripping force is lost due to a problem with the wire gripping part, the wires will be inserted between the windings at the bottom of the weight main body, which are configured to overlap each other, and the wires will be inserted inside the weight. Since it is suspended, there is little worry about the weight falling.

4. Since the wires are held inside the weight, the upper and lower phase wires of multi-phase high-voltage wires will not become entangled with each other, so there is no risk of accidents.

The torsion-preventing weight of the present invention can be applied not only to overhead wires that are designed to prevent excessive snow accumulation, but also to other overhead wires that should be prevented from twisting.
