入して所定の温湿度雰囲気を得る恒温恒湿器にお
いて、前記恒温恒湿槽内温度を検出する第1の温
度検出手段、前記飽和空気温度を検出する第2の
温度検出手段、前記飽和空気発生槽から前記恒温
恒湿槽への飽和空気供給を停止させるための弁、
前記第1および第2の温度検出手段にて検出され
る温度を比較して、前記第1温度検出手段で検出
される温度が前記第2温度検出手段で検出される
温度以下になると前記弁を閉じる手段を備えたこ
