妻側端部に位置する屋根パネルを位置決めして施

本発明は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであつ
て、本発明の目的とするところは予め取り付けた
当て板にて妻側の端部に位置する屋根パネルの位
置決めが簡単にできて施工時間の短縮を図ること
ができ、また屋根パネルを取り付ける前にブレー
スで補強して屋根パネルを取り付けるとき屋根パ
ネルの自重で小屋束が傾いたりするのを防止でき
て施工品質の確保を図ることができる屋根パネル

本発明屋根パネルの施工方法は、切妻屋根の妻
側端部における棟部に位置する小屋束1の上端
と、妻側端部の軒側に位置する隅部柱2の上端と
に夫々当て板3を取着し、ターンバツクル4を有
するブレース5にて上記小屋束1の上端部と隅部
柱2の上端部とを結合し、棟木6と軒桁7との間
に屋根パネル8を架設するにあたつて妻側の端部
に位置する屋根パネル8の妻側の側端面を当て板
3の妻側と反対の面に当接して位置決めすると共
にこの屋根パネル8を棟木6や軒桁7に取り付
け、次いで妻側端部に取り付けた屋根パネル8を
基準として次々屋根パネル8を並べて取り付ける
ことを特徴とするものであつて、上述のように構
成することにより従来例の欠点を解決したもので
ある。つまり、切妻屋根の妻側端部における棟部
に位置する小屋束1の上端と、妻側端部の軒側に
位置する隅部柱2の上端とに夫々当て板3を取着
し、棟木6と軒桁7との間に屋根パネル8を架設
するにあたつて妻側の端部に位置する屋根パネル
8の妻側の側端面を当て板3の妻側と反対の面に
当接して位置決めすると共にこの屋根パネル8を
棟木6や軒桁7に取り付けることにより、妻側の
端部に位置する屋根パネル8を当て板3でワンタ
ツチで位置決めして取り付けることができるよう
になり、しかもターンバツクル4を有するブレー
ス5にて上記小屋束1の上端部と隅部柱2の上端
部とを結合したことにより、ターンバツクル4を
調整してブレース5にて小屋束1を支持できて屋
根パネル8の自重にて小屋束1が傾く虞れがなく

パネル8を取り付ける前に、妻側端部の小屋束1
の上端や妻側端部の軒側の隅部柱2の上端に取り
付けられる。この当て板3を取り付けるときは取
り付け部10をボルトのようなねじ具13にて取
り付けてある。ブレース5にはブレース5の長さ
を調整するためのターンバツクル4を設けてあ
り、ブレース5の両端には係止孔12を穿孔して
ある。このブレース5も屋根パネル8を取り付け
る前に隅部柱4の上端と小屋束1との間に架設さ
れ、係止孔12が係止ピン11に係止される。こ
のブレース5は棟部を中心に左右に対称に架設さ
れる。このときターンバツクル4を回転操作して
ブレース5の長さを調整して小屋束1が垂直にな

後はブレース5をそのままにしておいても、ブレ

側の側端面を当て板の妻側と反対の面に当てて位
置決めしてこの屋根パネルを棟木や軒桁に取り付
けているので、妻側の端部に位置する屋根パネル
を当て板でワンタツチで位置決めして取り付ける
ことができるものであり、しかもターンバツクル
を有するブレースにて上記小屋束の上端部と隅部
柱の上端部とを結合したので、ターンバツクルを
調整してブレースにて小屋束を支持できて屋根パ
ネルの自重にて小屋束が傾く虞れがなくなるもの
あり、従つて屋根パネルの施工時間の短縮が図れ

7に取り付け、次いで妻側端部に取り付けた屋根
パネル8を基準として次々屋根パネル8を並べて
取り付けることを特徴とする屋根パネルの施工方
