軸10は、前記ホルダー部6及び伝動用パイプケ
ーシング7内の伝動軸を介して駆動されるが、回
転方向は常に一定である。前記調節レバー12は

パイプケーシング7が相対回動自在に貫通する状
態で固定されたロータリカバー11の上面に表示
