廃液蒸溜装置において、蒸溜缶とコンデンサーを
個別に分離し、該蒸溜缶を少なくとも２個配設し
、中１個の蒸溜缶に温度センサーを設け、一定温
度に達するともう１個の蒸溜缶へ移送し、もう１
個の蒸溜缶で高温処理し、蒸溜の処理能力を向上
させるようにしたことを特徴とする廃液蒸溜装置
。 (2) コンデンサーに、さらに活性炭タンクを連
結して不凝縮ガスを吸着させ、クローズドシステ
ム化したことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の廃液
