袋の開口部より出入自在な脱気管を有し、該脱気
管の先端に吸気を濾過するフイルターを備え、該
フイルター部分を前記粉体内に埋没させた状態で
吸気させる微粉気密包装用脱気装置において、前
記フイルターが合成樹脂繊維製不織布からなるフ
イルター基材の外面に、微細通気孔を貫通開口さ
せた多孔質合成樹脂フイルムをコーテイングして
なるフイルター材をもつて成形されていることを
