降で開孔する外気吸入用孔8を穿設すると共に、
上記ヘツドの頂壁から垂下してステム上端部を嵌
着させた嵌合筒19を囲んで、上記ガイド筒7外
径よりもやゝ大内径の水除け筒24をガイド筒の
ほゞ上端高さまで垂下した流動体吐出容器におい
て、上記水除け筒24に外気吸入用の割溝30な
いし透孔を穿設したことを特徴とする流動体吐出
