弁を制御して前記蒸発器内の処理水の濃度及び水
位を所定の範囲内に維持する制御手段を具備する
純粋蒸気発生装置において、 前記レベル検出手段として、高水位を検出する
高位レベル検出器と、低水位を検出する低位レベ
ル検出器と、該高水位と低水位の間で所定水位を
検出する中位レベル検出器とを設け、 前記制御手段は前記中位レベル検出器がその設
定レベル以下を検出したら前記ブロー用自動弁を
開き、前記低位レベル検出器が低位レベル以下を
検出したら前記ブロー用自動弁を閉じると共に給
水用自動弁を開き、前記高位レベル検出器が高位
レベルを検出したら前記給水用自動弁を閉じる制
御手段であることを特徴とする純粋蒸気発生装置
