The container itself is made of metal, such as carbon steel, to withstand high pressure fluids. Since there is a difference in thermal expansion between the synthetic resin partition wall and the metal container, the sealing performance becomes incomplete when the partition wall temperature rises or falls.

Moreover, after the raw material fluid flows in the raw material fluid passage chamber 24 from the upper end side to the lower end side in the figure, it flows to the discharge port 95e via the conduit 95i. Therefore, the raw material fluid does not short-circuit from the inlet 95d to the outlet 95e in the raw material fluid passage chamber 24, and the amount of separation in each unit separation device 94 is large, resulting in high separation efficiency.
In addition, the unit separation device 9 can be used without using high pressure piping.
Since 4 comrades are connected, no piping work is required.
It is easy to disassemble and repair, and there is almost no gas leakage, making maintenance management easy. Especially the 6th
In the embodiments shown in Figs. and 7, multiple systems in which multiple unit separators are directly connected are installed in parallel, so the number of unit separators that can be installed per unit area is extremely large, making it extremely compact. The separation amount and separation efficiency are extremely excellent.

For example, if the ability of the first block among several blocks decreases, remove the last block, move the first block to the position of the second block, and return to the position of the first block. It is also possible to use each block effectively by bringing in a new block.
